Hi everyone
I'm cross-posting this at several DFT sites.

The Roane County Democratic Party is having its annual Labor Day Picnic at Roane County Park on 9/4/2006 from 5pm till 8pm. Our keynote speaker will be CONGRESSMAN LINCOLN DAVIS. Other speakers will include State District 32 Representative Dennis Ferguson; Joe Eskridge, representing our local chapter of the NAACP; and, health permitting, attorney and local gadfly/columnist Gerald Largen. We found out yesterday that Harold Ford, Jr. will not be able to join us, but we do hope to have other local pundits, politicians, and labor representatives (see the poster in the link below).

Tickets are $5; kids under 12 free. Join us for MUSIC, FOOD, and NETWORKING as we head toward November and beyond. For more information, call 865-376-7077.

Directions: I-40 to Exit 350, Midtown. South 0.2 mi. to U.S. 70 at the light. Go right (west) 3.2 miles to Roane Co. Park, which will be on your left.
